Logan February
Logan February (Nigeria, 1999) is a poet, musician, and multidisciplinary artist whose work explores queer identity, affective memory, and the intersections between body and language. They gained early recognition in the African literary scene with a distinctive, intimate, and luminous voice, and have been acknowledged as one of the most promising young figures in contemporary English-language poetry.
Their first book, Mannequin in the Nude (2018), consolidated their international presence, followed by In the Nude (2019) and Chongos in its Spanish edition. Their poems have appeared in publications such as The Guardian, Washington Square Review, Lambda Literary, and Poetry London. Beyond their written work, February experiments with hybrid formats that integrate performance, music, and visual arts.
